Originally a derelict stone structure in the countryside, this project marks the transformation of a forgotten building into a contemporary family home. RMAR successfully secured planning permission on behalf of our client, unlocking the potential of the site to create a bespoke residence with sweeping views across the hills and out towards the Firth of Forth. The home is now under construction and is scheduled for completion in late 2025.
