This listed property was originally divided into four apartments before our client approached us with a vision to reinstate the building into a single dwelling. RMAR collaborated closely with Falkirk Council Planning department and Historic Environment Scotland to create a sensitive but modern extension to the rear of the property, bringing in natural light to the new open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces. Internally, the layout was completely reconfigured to suit modern living while respecting the buildings historic character.
